Bilingual Inside Sales Assistant needed in Chicago near Mason Ave for an industrial parts and services company $18-20 depending on experience Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm Contract to hire role Job Duties: - Record and update information about the competition and customer buying habits and timeline. - Document all communication with customers utilizing proper processes. - Collaborate directly with Customer Service Representatives, Marketing, Sales and Estimation to obtain the necessary information to respond intelligently to the customer. - Learn about the Company-s products and services to speak in an intelligent manner with the customer. - Communicate internally with other department staff and the customer in a clear and professional manner. - Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team.
