Job Title: Business Analyst


Location: Remote

SUMMARY:

Noetic is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Agile methodologies and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable deliverables for development teams. You will work closely with product owners, scrum masters, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.



REQUIREMENTS:


  • Preferred five to six years with Agile and SAFe experience

  • Alation data governance tool experience is also a plus



PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


  • Responsible for working with CMS and DMDG stakeholders to identify business requirements, translating, and working with SCM to create user stories, participate in PI meetings, assist technical staff with the documentation such as reports, SOPs, and any system specifications, as needed.

  • Identifying and documenting business needs and requirements related to data management and governance.

  • Develop outlines and drafts for review and approval by technical specialists and project management ensuring that final documents meet applicable contract requirements and regulations.

  • Provide support over project functions and assist Project Manager with creating life cycle documentation for delivery to the client.

  • The Business Analyst will also assist in the areas of risk management, and lessons learned as well as assisting with creating meeting agendas and meeting minutes.

  • Ensuring data integrity, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain, Improve and Track/Monitor progress of backlog items and user stories via regular scrum artifacts like daily scrums, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews and sprint retrospective meetings.

  • Creating reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

  • Participate in the entire product lifecycle to ensure all business requirements are met as per the stakeholders’ expectations and raise flags as soon as there is any deviation and then get the necessary clarification/feedback to resolve the issue.



EDUCATION:


  • Bachelor's degree in management or related field is preferred.
