*InTulsa is partnering with Revv to find candidates for this exciting role in Tulsa* **Location: Tulsa, OK. This is a remote position for those already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK** We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals and natural sales instincts to join our Sales organization as a Business Development Representative. Your purpose will be to develop strong, meaningful relationships with customers throughout the car-selling experience and effectively guide them through the process to ensure that they sell a vehicle to our network of dealerships. You'll be measured on your ability to set appointments and facilitate car acquisitions. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance their career by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters every day. We’re in the early stages of building our business development team so we’re looking for people who not only have a track record of being the best of the best but can also think critically about driving customer growth and building our business development organization. We will trust you to evangelize Revv and consistently exceed targets. What You Will Do: Make 100+ calls per day Be the first touch point with customers who are looking to sell their car Guide customers through understanding how to sell their car and optimize their listing Communicate with dealerships through the negotiation process to help sell more cars Take immaculate notes and documentation of every customer or dealer interaction Live in Salesforce to track all metrics and increase vehicle acquisitions Maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat customers and referrals Maximizes immediate and residual revenue from every customer Provide impeccable customer service and follow up to ensure a long lasting relationship with customers What You Will Bring: Professionalism, honesty, respect, and teamwork Exceptional sales and customer service experience Passion to pursue a career in sales with specific interest in technology Eager to prospect and cold call new and existing clients Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with customers through email, text and phone calls Intrinsic drive to be successful, love to win – you’ll take initiative to figure it out, do your absolute best work Collaborate and win as a team – you’ll compete, but above that you’ll collaborate, you’ll share what is working, you’ll help the team win, you’ll take on projects outside of closing deals Previous automotive experience or working with CRM is a plus but not required Flexibility to provide cover for store opening hours, including evenings and weekends Demonstrated ability to overcome potential seller objections High level of self-motivation Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is strongly preferred Proven track record of success in sales or business development 1-2 years of full-time working experience (Tech/Software sales is a plus) We’re an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
