Position Overview: We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Sales Representatives to join our team and help grow our client base. As a key member of our sales team, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through account sales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on performance-based rewards and is looking to earn $75K–$100K+ with uncapped commission and a generous bonus plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities with local and regional businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and presenting PostingsPlus as the ideal solution.
- Generate and close sales opportunities through phone calls, emails, and in-person or virtual meetings.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PostingsPlus services and industry trends to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, or hiring solutions is a plus, but not required.
