Come join a dynamic technical support organization that has an excellent work environment filled with fun and camaraderie. Seeking Customer Care Specialists with high energy and great customer service skills to be an integral part of the team. This position involves taking inbound calls and emails from customers as well as handling complaints and troubleshooting issues. Training will start on October 23rd and will be from Tuesday - Saturday, 8am - 5pm. Shifts upon completion of training: Noon - 9pm. Must be able to work weekends.
