This is an outstanding opportunity for an outgoing and personable Office Manager who is excited to become a part of a developing organization within the food & beverage industry.

Client Details

Our client is a United States based boutique beverage company, specializing in healthy and positive lifestyle products, located in Manhattan. Currently experiencing rapid growth, this is a great opportunity for an experienced administration professional to develop and progress their career.


- Responsible for all physical office improvements and maintenance. Alongside a potential office relocation as the business develops

- High involvement with projects across all business functions

- Organizing both internal and external events, on a monthly basis

- Oversee a team of two administrators

- Assist with basic HR functions, particularly new starters & inductions

- Coordinate internal meetings across all colleagues as required

- Maintain and consistently update SOP's within the business

- Minimal EA support to CEO, opportunity to develop in this space

- Ad hoc responsibilities as required


- Minimum 3 years' experience in an Office Management or Senior Administrative capacity, preferably within a start-up environment

- Bachelors degree preferred

- High competence in the Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, being confident to communicate with senior internal and external stakeholders

- Ability to work alongside a highly collaborative team, across every business unit

- Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
