• JOB SUMMARY
• Greet patients, family members, representatives, and other visitors asking reason for their visit using excellent customer service skills.
• Review patient appointment schedule every day from AMPFM and Aria to determine the patients that have radiation and Medical Oncology appointments scheduled.
• Escort patient and family members that have multiple appointments within the cancer center to the appropriate patient service area based on their appointment schedule.
• Educational Skills Required (Degree(s), Certification(s), License, etc.)
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
• Work Experience Required
  • Previous experience in a health care setting preferred.
