Energy Analyst (HERS Rater) Collingswood, NJ

Your Impact
We are presently seeking enthusiastic professionals to fill roles as:
Architectural Project Manager
This role serves as the intersection point for our clients, project team, consultants, internal leadership, and other project stakeholders. For you, that means a dynamic and challenging experience, with tremendous potential for career growth and hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle including design concept, project requirements, drawing and specification development, and construction administration
- Manage client and team (internal and external) coordination and communication
- Provide advanced working knowledge of other disciplines for guidance in building detailing, building science, envelope, and building systems
- Provide review and revisions to renderings, animations, and construction documents
- Apply project presentation and meeting communication skills
- Prepare proposals and project scope, including setting project fees and timelines
- Report to the Principal-in-Charge for each project, providing project status updates on a regular basis
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- At least 10 years of job-related experience
- Licensure/Certification: Registered Architect or pursuing Architecture licensure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with projects in the mixed-use and multifamily residential markets
- Experience working with BIM software and other applications in a digital production environment
