Kforce has a client in search of an Office Assistant in Miami, Florida (FL). Duties Include:
  • Answer and field incoming calls
  • Greet clients and incoming guests
  • Maintain appearance of reception area and conference rooms
  • Maintain conference room schedules (experience with Outlook needed)
  • Schedule meetings
  • Coordinate lunch for office meetings/busy season dinners
  • Maintain inventory of all office supplies/kitchen supplies
  • Stock copy areas with office supplies; Replenish copy machines with paper
  • Stock kitchen with snacks/drinks/paper goods
  • Maintain various logs guest offices, laptops in/out, guest access cards, etc.
  • Document Scanning
  • Prepare Fed/Ex and UPS packages as well as certified mail
  • Schedule couriers for pickups/deliveries
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Receive and distribute incoming Faxes
  • Validate parking for visitors and replenish validation tickets
  • Field client requests for copies of tax returns
  • Assist as needed and directed


  • High School diploma/GED or Associate's degree
  • Experience as an office assistant or in related field
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision
  • Great communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Polished and good communication skills
  • Experience in a professional services industry preferred
