Engineering Manager is responsible for all technical issues related to process development and production of engine components in the assigned Business Unit.  The successful candidate will:Lead and manage a team of manufacturing engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and proficiency development to ensure the team's success and professional growthDevelop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to optimize production efficiency, quality, and safetyWork with the internal stakeholders to build and maintain collaborative partnershipsSuccessfully manage the unit’s capital, tooling, and engineering labor budgetsWork with production to ensure processes, enable material flow and standard workCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, production, and quality assurance, to develop and implement new products or processesDevelop business cases for cost reduction, new work initiatives & capital improvements projects and provide leadership to execute to planProvide technical support and guidance to resolve complex manufacturing issues, troubleshoot problems, and optimize production outputQualifications You Must HaveA Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field.7+ year’s experience in engineering and manufacturing operations, or a Masters degree and 5+ years experience  .Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenAnalytical, problem solving and mathematic skillsDemonstrate skill and success in team leadership, facilitation and coaching skillsWorking knowledge of shop practices, policies and procedures governing manufacturing engineering support requirements as well as work instruction documentation for manufacturing processesMust be flexible relative to department assignment and availability for off-shift workQualifications We PreferStrong technical strategy development and project planning skillsKnowledge of project management coupled with experience in leading technical teams in new product introduction and subsequent program phasesStrong relationship management skills highlighted by experience in cross functional projects both short and medium termDemonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders at client, peer, supplier and senior leadership levelsLearn More & Apply NowIn addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work

This role is:Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite
This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels
