Job Description

We are seeking an experienced engineering manager for an excellent opportunity in a well-established company.  Lead a team of electrical, mechanical and project engineers in the development of turbomachinery for the oil and gas industry.  Drive engineering process innovation and continuous improvement, maintain compliance with industry standards and customer specifications, manage schedules and budgets, participate in design reviews, and support and collaborate with other departments (such as applications engineering, manufacturing, sales, and after market support).  Position will involve international travel (approximately 15%). 

Qualifications include a BS degree or higher in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering or another relevant field; engineering experience in a manufacturing company; proven leadership skills including the ability to mentor, motivate and promote teamwork; excellent verbal and written communication and ability to develop strong working relationships with international teams and customers; strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills; familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies; working knowledge of ERP, PLM and PDM systems, and experience with 3D CAD software.  Familiarity with oil and gas industry standards and practices is preferred.
