Responsibilities

* Develop and lead the Americas demand creation strategy and structure to support growth expectations that outpace the market and deliver accelerated results

* Lead the Regional Technical Manager team across the Americas on strategic activities and tactical actions to achieve goals and objectives

* Collaborate w/ sales leadership to ensure proper resource deployment across the Americas and in-line with the opportunity
* Along with the RTM team and sales leadership team, be instrumental with territory management pointing our FAE team in the right direction to maximize results

* Influence and alignment w/ Director of Supplier Development (DSD) team on specific dedicated investments and deployment

* Influence and alignment w/ Director of Supplier Development (DSD) team on special programs/promos across the Americas

* Influence and alignment with Marketing team on specific supplier campaigns based on trends understood in the industry

* Build relationships across key suppliers and business unit leaders to become a trusted advisor that can assist with technology gaps


* Leverage our productivity expectation across the Americas technical team and in-line with OI expectations

* Set the key performance indicators to drive Demand Creation growth expectations and collaborate w/ sales leadership on goals, quotas and consistent awareness to results

* Influence compensation across the Americas technical team to drive proper activity and focus

* Develop and drive supplier "key technology" strategies through to opportunity development and opportunity closure

* Lead the execution of opportunity pipeline management across the FAE team and in concert with the sales and sales leadership team

Specifications

* Develop and drive strategies and actions to support our efforts for recruiting talent and talent retention

* Relationships and alignment around expectations and results with key, strategic suppliers

* Consistent communication and coaching amongst our FAE team across the Americas

* Develop and drive continuous education/supplier training programs specific for the FAEs
* Lead, manage and run FAE Institute


* Influence line card decisions in support of best-in-class product offering with world class suppliers and to fill technology gaps as required

Work Experience

* Typically 10+ years including 5+ years of management experience

Education and Certification(s)

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

Distinguishing Characteristics

* Proven track record of implementing and realizing results from transformation and/or strategic initiatives enterprise-wide and globally. Strong ability to influence senior executives and connect with teams to deliver change/results. Deep analytical skills coupled with strong interpersonal/influencing capabilities. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
