The long-term temporary Project Assistant role will be based in Liberty Corner, New Jersey. Key responsibilities - Using online resources to research information - Aid project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support - Detailed analysis of documents - Organizing team meetings and communication per project specifications to keep project deliverable schedules on track and support Project Managers - Requesting further information for documents that are deemed incomplete - Analyzing data, developing reports, proofreading and editing documents, and preparing presentations - Ensuring key partners receive project information

Job Requirements

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines - BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field preferred; high school diploma or its equivalent required - Foundational knowledge in database management - Expertise in research - Microsoft Excel experience desired - Data entry experience - Microsoft Project, JIRA, Mavenlink, and NetSuite experience is a plus - Knowledge of database and file management - Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software - Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook - 1+ years of business/office experience at minimum
