Kforce is seeking a full-time Legal Operations Project Manager to work remote and support our enterprise technology client based in Austin, TX. Day to Day:
  • The Legal Operations Project Manager structures, manages, and participates on the execution of legal department projects (mostly non-technology and business-related projects)
  • Monitors specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, and quality through the duration of the project
  • Supports its team and Legal Counsels to allocate work among global team members and provides support to them on a regular basis, including tactical activities to drive execution and documentation related to the project
  • Legal Operations Project Managers conduct periodic reviews to ensure project is on track and conducts post-project reviews
  • Drafts reports indicating the status of pending projects
  • Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis
  • Utilizes relevant project management tools, systems, and applications (MS Project,, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Executes administrative activities related to projects, like preparation of project related presentations (PowerPoint), team meetings scheduling, minutes of meetings drafting and tracking and documenting decisions, actions, dependencies, and their status
  • Legal Operations Project Managers support structuring and executing change management and communications related activities for implementation of the project
  • Defines supporting and/or driving process improvements
  • Support review of compliance with existing standards (playbooks, style guides, policies)
  • Responsible for small, medium, and large sized projects, often simultaneously
  • Impact is on the entire function or process
  • Defines and monitors project team resources


  • 3-5 years of project management
  • Strong analytical and attention to detail skills
  • Strong MS PowerPoint presentation creation skills and drafting, editing and review skills for Legal documents including Playbooks
  • Organized and self-managed person
  • Proactive, flexible, adaptable, collaborative, and open to change due to various reasons including business re-prioritization
  • Preferable to have experience with business related projects that have impacted multiple countries and worked with individuals from multiple countries
  • Customer-centric professional
  • Design thinking and data analytic skills are welcome
  • Advanced use of MS Project to both creative and maintain multiple project plans
  • Advanced use of all MS Office applications including Excel, Visio, and Word
