This Accounts Payable Position Features:. Full Cycle payables Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •Ensuring proper vendor documentation is maintained •Entering expense payables into ERP system •Entering inventory payables into ERP system •Matching invoices to supporting documentation •Reviewing and processing system approved expense reports for payment on schedule •Support with ensuring the AP Ageing and Received Not Invoiced Reports are in excellent standing •Researching & correcting payable issues •Setting electronic payments on a regular scheduled basis •Responsible for all AP filing systems •Ensuring all invoices have been properly approved prior to payment •Other duties as directed and assigned by Accounts Payable Manager or Controller Education/Experience: •3-5 years Accounts Payable experienced required •Strong organizational skills required •Strong computer and data entry skills required •Experience must include automated payment systems and Microsoft Office applications •Experience with Microsoft Navision desirable Physical Requirements: The physical requirements of this job are consistent with the typical office job.
