What is a Payroll Administrator?

A Payroll Processor/Specialist will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for Cinemark Holdings. This role will be responsible for applying procedures and exercising judgement to support managers and employees and process accurate payroll.

A Day in the Life of a Payroll Processor:

* Responsible for the preparation and processing of biweekly payroll for over 22,000 employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets.
* Confirm and deduct appropriate taxes, garnishments and other special payroll deductions.
* Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve concerns timely.
* Responsible for employee updating employee records.
* Electronically files all employee forms.
* Back up for payroll tax, unemployment and garnishment remittance.
* Handles all I-9 tracking, management and compliance.

What You Will Need to Have:

* 2 - 3 years of experience in multi-state, multi-location, payroll processing, familiarity with federal and state regulations
* Excellent customer service skills
* Highest level of confidentiality
* Detail-oriented
* Strong customer service skills
* Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently but be a strong team player
