Description
Responsible for activities involved in the strategic design, preparation, delivery and needs assessment of development programs for company employees. Identifies appropriate initiatives that need to be changed or implemented.•Conducts skills, technical, management and staff development training courses within business units or groups.  Uses needs assessment tools to determine effectiveness of training programs.  Interacts with functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses.Conduent is the world's largest provider of diversified business process services with leading capabilities in transaction processing, automation, analytics and constituent experience. In this role, the Manager will be passionate and responsible the strategic design, preparation, delivery and needs assessment of development programs for company employees.


Identify appropriate initiatives that need to be changed or implemented.

Designs and develops in-house programs

Conducts follow up to determine applicability of course material

What U need 2 WIN
  • Min 5 years’ experience as an L&D tURL blocked - click to apply
  • Current knowledge of effective Adult learning and development methods
  • Knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
  • Experience in software product training
  • Experience in project management and budgeting
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills; sharp business acumen
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
  • Bachelor’s Business, OD, Psychology or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g. CPLP) is a def +++
  • Ability to travel (to 25%)
