We are a boutique real estate law firm in Orlando, FL, specializing in corporate and transactional real estate matters. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and other transactional documents
Conducting due diligence, title review, and surveys in connection with real estate transactions
Advising clients on real estate issues, including zoning, land use, and environmental matters
Representing clients in real estate-related disputes and litigation
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and industry professionals
Assisting with other legal matters related to corporate and transactional real estate as needed
Job Details
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing
2+ years of experience in transactional real estate law, including drafting and negotiating contracts
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Spanish preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
