Your Contributions to the Team:

Are you committed to your values and take pride in being respected for your work ethic? Do you thrive on constant activity and prefer momentum over analysis? If so, GloryBee needs you as our new Sales Coordinator. As a Sales Coordinator, you will report to our Director of Account Management, and will provide support to our Sales team, including four Account Managers. The majority of your time will be spent on a computer, entering information, and communicating with customers and team members via email and phone calls. The ideal candidate will be someone who models professional communication, enjoys checking things off their to-do list, and is adept at independently organizing and prioritizing several day-to-day tasks and assignments. You should be located within proximity to our GloryBee facilities in Eugene, Oregon, however this role offers hybrid remote work flexibility. The typical work week for this full-time hourly position will be Monday through Friday, day shift, with some degree of flexibility on shift start times. Job functions typically include:

  • Updates systems, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), as needed with customer contact and preference information
  • Assists with onboarding of new customers through emails and follow up on form completion and documentation requirements
  • Emails documentation to customers such as organic/kosher certifications, Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) statements, allergen statements, specification sheets, Certificates of Insurance
  • Enters opportunities and tasks into CRM
  • Coordinates and inputs requests for ingredient samples and marketing materials from grocers and other customers
  • Manages promotional calendars and timelines; keeps outlook distributor/retailer deadline calendar up to date
  • Completes distributor/retailer new item/promotional forms, price change notifications, and updates item lists appropriately
  • Manages various portals pertaining to Sales Functions (Distributor, Retailer, ReposiTrak)
  • Enters ticket requests for interdepartmental requests such as demand forecast updates, QA documentation, etc.
  • Enters Contract Change Forms (CCF's) and Contract Request Form (CRF's) as needed at the direction of the Sales team
  • Creates PowerPoint slides for customer presentations as needed
  • Coordinates and assists Sales and Marketing with requests to prepare flyers or other materials for trade shows
  • Runs reports, inputs data, and relays information to appropriate team members

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2 years of prior customer service, administrative, or coordinator experience, preferably within a professional office setting
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills with the aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology systems
  • Basic or better proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to perform basic data entry, sorting, and professional formatting tasks
  • Typing speed of 45 words per minute and 10-Key proficiency
  • Excellent listening skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organization and time management skills: must have the ability to adjust priorities as needed and provide timely responses to internal team members and external customers
