Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Nonprofit Corporate Strategy Manager on behalf of our partner, a prominent global environmental organization in Washington, D.C. This part-time, temporary, fully remote role in the DMV area offers the opportunity to support a dynamic team working on strategic initiatives, data analytics, and visual communications to drive impactful projects forward.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong research and analytical skills, capable of identifying new partnership opportunities and enhancing engagement strategies. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated professional who can manage projects independently, collaborate across departments, and thrive in a dynamic environment. A successful candidate will bring a detail-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while driving innovation and process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop revenue-generating opportunities through sponsorships and strategic partnerships.
- Serve as a key liaison across departments to facilitate collaboration on partnership initiatives.
- Assist in the creation of sponsorship materials and prospectuses for major events.
- Conduct market research to assess industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Maintain and enhance a comprehensive portfolio of sponsorship offerings, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Support business development efforts by providing research, materials, and insights to strengthen sponsorship outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute advertising strategies, develop promotional content, and manage digital and print campaigns.
- Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of sponsorship-related content on the organization's website and communication channels.
- Generate reports on partnership performance, sponsorship engagement, and department activities.
- Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across internal reports.
- Lead and support various research projects to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Perform other duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Design background with proficiency in Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
- Data analytics experience with the ability to extract insights and create meaningful reports
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset
- Ability to manage projects independently while asking relevant questions to drive solutions
- Strong sense of humor and a positive attitude to contribute to a dynamic and engaging work environment
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is a plus
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This part-time, temporary, remote opportunity in Washington, D.C., offers an hourly rate of $41-46/hr.
