This new business will be dedicated to helping patients understand and mitigate the unexpected financial risks they face. The Client Relationship Manager is a key role reporting into the Director of Client Relationships.  The position will serve as a focus point for successful relationships with UHC Account teams. The Client Relationship Manger will have to be a strong effective communicator who is able to work collaboratively with the client teams to meet the needs of the client on Naviguard. This role will be liaison and subject matter expert to the client teams on all things Naviguard.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • UHC overall Naviguard program adoption
  • Establish consistent clear lines of communication with sales teams
  • Support sales on client calls and discussions regarding Naviguard as an out of network (OON) solution
  • Assist in the build and scalability of Naviguard as the product is developed
  • Provide director level updates on sales support, and sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with UHC OON programs team where appropriate
  • Ensure accountability with operations to meet client expectations
  • Assist with consultant communication
  • Define opportunities to expand scope
  • Operational opportunities to expand scope in conjunction with operations
  • Client level program value reporting post go-live

Basic/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years Healthcare payer experience
  • 5 years of consulting and/or client management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to meet externally with clients to drive to a successful outcome
  • Excellent MS PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment with the ability and desire to be hands on
  • Entrepreneurial spirit looking for opportunities to expand and build on current Naviguard success
