Job Details
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Site HR Lead for assigned manufacturing facility.
- Leads Human Resource programs within the assigned function, including but not limited to, employee engagement, development, talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, HR compliance, and unemployment.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues via effective and thorough investigation.
- Operates as a trusted advisor to the site’s leadership, strengthening team effectiveness, and ensuring PSC values are always adhered to.
- Provide balanced leadership as a member of management as well as an employee advocate.
- Coach site leadership on the effective use of positive employee relations approaches and practices.
- Supports hiring managers in identifying and retaining top talent, with focus on internal growth when possible.
- Drive best practice sharing with peer HR Managers across the PSC sites; ensure a “one team” approach across the manufacturing network.
- Coaches and develops leaders and team members.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline HR processes and helps to drive efficiencies with continuous improvement mindset.
- Leads and supports strategic HR initiatives.
- Leads an HR team, supporting growth and development, setting clear goals and objectives and providing clarity around role responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- HR Certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related degree preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, manufacturing preferred
- Experience with ADP WorkforceNow or other HRIS
