Program Manager 2 - Documentation

This Program Manager role has responsibility for preparing and project managing the review and distribution of customer facing and partner facing communications resulting from their product purchase and usage information. The role will also require the candidate to prepare readiness content supporting new product launch activity. Key skills include excellent written and oral communications, the ability to collaborate well with other teams, core project management skills, and the ability to work independently. 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Execute on / send enterprise billing communications
  • Drive ad hoc communications
  • Own customer messaging on the Enterprise Portal including notification content and email templates
  • Develop and manage Enterprise Help files
  • Create readiness documentation for new features / releases
  • Manage / update process documentation for Business Operations Communications
  • Own end of lifecycle communications process for customers and account teams
Basic Qualifications:
  • BA / BS degree
  • 5+ years of relevant business experience
  • 5+ years proven, complex project / program management experience
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability deliver results without direct influence
  • Strong qualitative data analysis skills
  • Strong aptitude for managing multiple issues / projects with multiple dependencies without requiring direct oversite in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand complex technical tools / concepts and simplify them in written documentation for the user community
  • Process improvement – passion for making things work more efficiently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with great attention to ensure required details are not overlooked
  • Results and action oriented – makes sure the job gets done on time
  • Working ability to remain effective under stress and respond to pressure in a manner acceptable to others and to the organization
  • Relationship building skills, maturity, high degree of self-confidence
  • Customer focus and ability to gather impressions and incorporate feedback
  • Strong cross-group communication, collaboration, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Reliable and responsible
  • Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent
  • Technical or user documentation experience
  • Prior experience in a communications role
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms
  • Familiarity with REST API, C#, Kusto, ADF, SQL, Cosmos, and/or PowerShell
