Kforce has a client seeking an Administrative Coordinator in Saint Petersburg, FL. You will be primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Trust Operations department. The goal is for this person to lift an administrative burden from the rest of the team so they can focus on handling more complex initiatives.
Record all outgoing and incoming checks into an Excel workbook
Account reconciliation - making sure vouchers and check amounts match up correctly
Handle incoming and outgoing mail for the department
Use Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets
Perform various duties as assigned
At least 1-2 years of recent experience processing check deposits, billing / invoicing, and reconciling accounts
Good with numbers
Attention to detail
Willingness to help others
Willing to go above and beyond / be proactive
