Senior - All Source Analyst with Security Clearance

Polygraph: None Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Provide senior-level operational expertise in conducting advanced all-source analysis, synthesizing intelligence from a variety of classified and unclassified sources to deliver comprehensive assessments of complex national security threats, risks, and trends.
* Lead multi-source analytical efforts, interpreting and forecasting both regional and functional developments, identifying emerging threats, and shaping decision-making at strategic and tactical levels within defense and intelligence communities. * Direct and provide in-depth all-source analytical support for intelligence collection, operational planning, investigative efforts, and defense intelligence requirements, ensuring the production of high-quality, timely intelligence products. * Manage the collection, organization, and structuring of operational mission data to ensure the development and execution of precise short- and long-term operational calendars. * Oversee the production and dissemination of weekly intelligence briefs and updates, ensuring leadership is informed of the status of ongoing operations, upcoming activities, and future mission schedules. * Lead the analysis of key operational resource requirements, including funding, equipment, personnel, and training, ensuring alignment with mission priorities and long-term operational objectives. * Compile and present quarterly reports to senior leadership, assessing current resource levels, identifying gaps, and providing forecasts to enhance mission readiness and operational effectiveness. * Develop, refine, and oversee the maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operational support activities, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and operational efficiency. * Manage the secure storage, organization, and updating of classified and unclassified intelligence products, maintaining repositories that ensure timely and secure access for ongoing and future operations. Minimum Qualifications * Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
* Master's degree in a relevant field and 12 years' relevant experience; with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years, or * Bachelor's degree and 17 years of relevant experience * Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent. * All source intelligence analyst experience utilizing contemporary national IC databases is required. Salary Range $105,000 - $120,000
