Senior Electrical Engineer

Ethical Search Professionals, Ltd. Middletown, CT (Onsite) Full-Time
Derived Salary: $110K - $150K/Year

Our client is recruiting for a Senior Electrical Engineer role. The successful candidate will collaborate in a dynamic team environment to develop engineering solutions for large-scale and complex building projects. The Senior Electrical Engineer will oversee the day-to-day management of projects, contribute to major design decisions, and ensure seamless project execution.

Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit is preferred, along with strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.



Core Responsibilities

  • Design and Engineering:
    • Develop and implement electrical engineering solutions for large-scale building projects.
    • Make critical design decisions in collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage the daily operations and technical aspects of assigned projects.
    • Ensure projects meet deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Documentation and Tools:
    • Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for project design and documentation.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed project records.


Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in MEP consulting, with a focus on electrical systems.
  • Licensure:
    • Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is preferred.
    • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
