As a part of the Indiana Intake Agent Services Program, you will be responsible for assisting individuals and families gain access to child care services. Qualifications for the positions include excellent communication skills, strong PC proficiency and a customer focus with a passion for helping people. Knowledge of screening and eligibility requirements for Indiana public benefits preferred. Associate Degree and/or related experience required. Bilingual language skills a plus.
The Field Intake Specialist will be responsible for providing face-to-face interviews and application assistance.
Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in social sciences, public administration, or related field with customer contact required; previous eligibility experience preferred.
HS Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred.
Travel within designated region required.
