Responsibilities

•         Oversee processes and procedures of the millroom

•         Strong technical knowledge about rubber processing.

•         Hands on experience with Mill equipment’s like mixers and extruders.

•         Proficient in autoclave curing, compression and transfer molding, rubber metal bonding.

•         Knowledge of process engineering

Skills

•         Bachelor of Science in related field

•         5 years of millroom experience

•         Customer interaction and good communication skills

•         Travel readiness – Up to 2 weeks per year.
