Concierge - Box Office (On Call)
* Stock, set-up and maintain the box office area
* Answer all questions and provide detailed and accurate information
* Perform ticket sales for all entertainment, including assisting guests with modifications, or cancellation requests
* Verbally communicates information to guests regarding the property's facilities whenever possible
* Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority and informs management of any unresolved issue
* Provides great service at all times
* Balances cash and ticket transactions
* Assists with seating guests during show nights
* Performs other related duties as required
