Job Description


Kforce currently has a client in the Kansas City, Missouri (MO) area going through a Windows 10 Migration and looking for a Win10 Support Agent. Duties Include:
  • Participate with the Windows 10 Migration
  • Address pre and post migrations troubleshooting and tasks such as building laptops, addressing migration issues local to the user's machine such as pushing software via SCCM
  • Hardware troubleshooting with laptops, docking station, screens
  • Basic understanding of networking
  • Update asset status for hardware devices
  • Adhere to the migration troubleshooting process
  • Utilize our ticketing system SNOW for incident and asset handling

Job Requirements


  • 2-4 years of IT experience in a Corporate IT Environment
  • Experience with migration projects (OS preferred) in a Corporate environment
  • Is a quick learner who can learn and follow established guidelines, Incident handling and asset handling processes
  • Some experience with SCCM for package deployment
  • Able to work independently as needed with migration issues
  • Experience with Windows 10 in a Corporate environment
  • Experience with troubleshooting laptops, desktops, docking stations and monitor connections/cabling
