Strategic Responsibility:

The Production Design Specialist executes a variety of design solutions for marketing campaigns across various channels, including print and digital media. They will work closely with the marketing team to develop materials that effectively communicate the brand message and promote the company's products or services. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.

Job Description:

• Design creative assets for marketing campaigns that meet the strategic objectives of the company.
• Layout social graphics and digital Ads. Resize images, export graphic assets, basic photo retouching.
• Deliver and resize assets, file preparation, quality control, and proofing.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies and implement them into design.
• Work with external vendors and printers to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of materials.
• Assist in ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Formal Education: High School Diploma required. Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or any related field highly preferred.

Experience: 1-3 years experience in graphic design or digital arts field. Prior work within the publishing industry preferred.

Specialized Knowledge/Certification: Must possess strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, creativity, innovation, flexibility in high-stress situations, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment including demonstrable evidence of outcomes, and the willingness to assist with all tasks needed to ensure the success of an event or project. Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal, time management, and oral and written communication skills are essential.

Equipment Knowledge: Computer skills including, but not limited to the Adobe suite of products: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Professional. Also Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Photography and video experience a plus.
