**Job Description:**

**Team Overview**

+ The Cons/WM Formulaic Incentive Comp Analytics and Consumer Field Reporting team is part of the Regional Banking and Wealth Management Finance organization and is responsible for the support of formulaic associate incentive plans, sales reporting and forecasting, businesses cases and other Business Finance Officer (BFO) support activities.Team responsibilities include providing reporting and analytics for sales and incentive compensation activities, assessing business impacts of strategic initiatives, forecasting sales volumes and related incentive expense impacts, supporting monthly and quarterly close and investor relations activities. The team supports Finance and Line of Business leaders across the Wealth Management, Private Bank, Consumer Banking, Consumer Investments, Consumer Lending, Small Business, Advanced Client Solutions, Preferred Rewards, Consumer Employee Banking & Investments and Digital Bank businesses.The team is composed of approximately 35 employees primarily located in Charlotte, NC, Boston, MA, and Pennington, NJ.

**Primary Focus of Role**

+ Partner closely with the BFO, LOB, Global HR and other Finance teammates in support of key initiatives across the Consumer Bank Formulaic Incentive Plans

+ Responsibilities include:

+ Reporting and analysis of associate performance against incentive metrics, including client deepening, client acquisition, client experience and risk management activity

+ Monthly and quarterly incentive expense forecasting activities and payout analysis

+ Plan design support and business case activity

+ Support of goal setting process for specialist roles

+ Ad hoc requests and analytics

**Role Requirements**

+ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics

+ 3+ years of business support, finance and/or analytical work experience within the financial services industry

+ Demonstrates strong technical and analytical skills

+ Manipulates and interprets data to understand business performance and solve business problems (Advanced Excel required, PowerQuery and Alteryx preferred)

+ Manages operational risk by building strong processes and quality control routines

+ Demonstrates strong communication skills

+ Clearly and concisely communicates verbally and through Email/PowerPoint

+ Adapts communication style and personalizes message to audience

+ Demonstrates strong project management skills

+ Seeks to understand end to end processes

+ Builds strong partnerships

+ Effectively manages time and follows through on commitments

+ Seeks to learn and grow, receptive to constructive feedback

+ Approaches work with curiosity and OpEx mindset of continuous improvement
