Accounts Payable Clerk
Classification: Accounts Payable Clerk
Compensation: $46000.00 to $50000.00 yearly
Our Syracuse, NY client has a full-time hiring need for an Accounts Payable (AP)/Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leading company that provide a great compensation and benefits package. The AP/AR Specialist will be responsible for the following:
-processing all accounts payable
-routing invoices for approval, code for project and general ledger account
-maintaining leases: processing rent, utility, and operating expenses
-maintaining contracts and ensure invoices are coded accurately
-preparing monthly AP accrual
-preparing general ledger account analysis for projects
-preparing and posting weekly check runs
-maintaining vendor master and W9s, preparing and filing annual 1099s
-helping with accounts receivable and job costing as needed
