We are looking for a part-time receiving clerk to receive shipments of stock and inventory. This person will be responsible for unloading, inspecting, and recording the receipt of delivered goods to ensure that all products ordered are received and in good condition. The successful candidate will be a high-integrity individual with a detail-oriented mindset and strong work-ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating, receiving, verifying and signing for deliveries and services.
  • Verifies accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders.
  • Transact system receipts for all departments including the off-site warehouse.
  • Communicating with vendors regarding delays or problems.
  • Assuring no damaged items are sent or received and processing returns for incorrect or unsatisfactory items.
  • Organizing and storing received items in appropriate areas.
  • Manage and organize the inventory and replenishment for dedicated storage locations.
  • Managing Kanban storage locations to ensure consistent supply and trigger resupply as required.
  • Coordinate re-supply shipments with the off-site warehouse.
  • Updating the product inventory as products are received and added to the inventory.
  • Support pack out and coordinate shipments for all outgoing materials including partner and laboratory shipments.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Responsible and organized team player.
  • Demonstrated alignment with our company values.
  • High attention to details and written procedure compliance.
  • Ability to bend and lift heavy loads.
  • Data entry and computer skills.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and requirements.
