Job Details

We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager – Customer Retention & E-Commerce to partner with our client's tech team to build and optimize customer retention strategies and e-commerce experiences. Our client, a fast-growing D2C company specializing in custom lawn care solutions, is committed to delivering exceptional products and customer experiences.

In this role, you will focus on customer retention across all stages of the retention cycle, with a particular emphasis on intra-season churn and year-to-year retention. Additionally, you will lead the e-commerce experience, collaborating with Merchandising to drive conversions for direct-to-consumer products.

You’ll play a pivotal role by:
> Establishing Product Strategy
> Defining the product strategy and KPIs for customer retention and e-commerce.
> Evaluating the impact of initiatives through data analysis and market research.
> Driving User Experience Research and Analysis
> Identifying critical customer pain points throughout the retention and e-commerce journey.
> Developing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and boost conversions.
> Building and Executing Roadmaps
> Crafting roadmaps informed by customer and stakeholder feedback.
> Delivering impactful retention and e-commerce initiatives.
> Collaborating with Key Stakeholders
> Partnering with Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing to optimize customer engagement and retention strategies.
> Driving e-commerce sales through campaigns and features that align with business objectives.

What You Bring
> The Meat and Potatoes: Subscription-Based Services, Customer Retention, E-commerce Experience
> Product Experience: 1–3 years of product management experience, particularly in e-commerce or operations technologies, delivering innovative and successful products.
> Leadership: Experience aligning teams and stakeholders, taking ownership of outcomes, and communicating effectively across all levels of an organization.
> Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to craft insightful stories from data and use them to drive decisions and alignment.
> Technical Decision-Making: A proven ability to define functional and technical requirements, collaborate with engineering teams, and navigate trade-offs for maximum impact.
> Strategic Vision: Experience crafting product visions, multi-quarter strategies, and roadmaps that inspire teams and stakeholders.
> Business Acumen: A focus on building businesses rather than just features, with ownership of both user and business performance metrics.
