The Nurse Director of Med Surg and Telemetry will report directly to the CNO. The Nurse Director of Med Surg will also have a large scope of support. The Nurse Director of Med Surg and Telemetry will be supported by over a wide variety of some of the most experienced staff RN-s, Nurse Managers, Nurse Supervisors, techs, and more

The Nurse Director of Med Surg will utilize their 5-10 years of nursing leadership experience to run both the Medical Surgical and Telemetry Unit fiscally, operationally, and administratively correct. The Nurse Director of Med Surg and Telemtry must be able to create an environment that promotes growth of staff.
