Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a year-round Human Resources Intern. This position works for approximately 20 hours per week, supporting HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and HR Planning in addition to assisting with day-to-day HR responsibilities. The Human Resources Intern participates in ad-hoc projects, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of Human Resources.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide project support to the Human Resources team in various areas of HR, which may include HR Business Partner work, talent management, talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development as well as providing analysis and reports. The intern will have the opportunity to partner with key HR team members and gain experience in process improvement and implementation. You will also work on ad-hoc projects either on an individual or team basis, in order to further your exposure to and knowledge of different Human Resources areas.

Successful candidates will be able to meet the qualifications below with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Education/Experience:
Qualified candidates must currently be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate (junior or senior) or graduate program with a concentration in Human Resources or related field. Prior experience in a corporate business environment is preferred; experience in a Human Resources Department a plus. It is required that you are proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Power Point), with Intermediate Excel skills. Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills (oral and written), and time management skills are essential.
