Our Phoenix-based client is seeking a skilled eCommerce User Experience Designer to streamline and enhance multiple websites into an integrated, multi-site network, representing all portfolio brands while creating user-focused web experiences that boost e-commerce conversions.

*Must be a U.S. Citizen with 4 plus years' experience in designing eCommerce solutions for Wordpress and a portfolio to present to the team.

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Work Location: Full Remote- Based in North Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop user interface specifications, navigation maps, and detailed designs.
• Research, develop, and integrate new tools, plugins, and features that improve website functionality and user experience.
• Create landing pages and maintain content.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to improve existing interfaces.
• Stay apprised of the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Comprehensive portfolio showcasing design projects and case studies.
• Competency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress/WooCommerce).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong visual design abilities with a keen eye for detail.
