Production Associate at Aerotek in Nampa, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Title: Production Associate Job Description Currently hiring production workers for day shift + Monday- Friday 6am- 2:30pm ($16/hr) Responsibilities include testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging . Candidates can sit or stand during their 10-hour shift, but standing will be required at times. This is a light industrial/general assembly role where candidates will lift no more than 10-15 lbs. and must meet specific metrics for piece assembly. Purpose Statement: Responsible for supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. This role involves acquiring job skills and learning company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks. Candidates will receive detailed instructions for all work and will operate under close supervision. Limited judgment is required, and all work must adhere to established policies and procedures. Approval is needed for any deviations. Requirements + Previous electronic or manufacturing experience preferred but not required + Basic computer skills (including navigation, basic Excel for documentation, and Outlook) + Able to speak, read, and write in English Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 600 Hour(s) prior to being hired on with our client. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Nampa, Idaho. Work Environment The work setting consists of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level.
