The Product Operations Manager will be responsible for project managing the launch of new products to market by maintaining timelines on a cross-functional basis. They will ensure that deliveries to customers are best-in-class to reflex their best in class products.

The Product Operations Manager will be responsible for:
Manage the "GTM" go to market timeline for all new products by communicating with cross-functional partners and ensuring deadlines are all met.
Build relationships with both internal and external partners
Source suppliers for new projects to ensure cost savings are met
Refine existing product offerings to ensure delivery is the best in class for the customers and analyze for areas of improvement
Manage compliance and regulations with third parties
Lead research for product testing
The successful candidate should have:
2-5 years of relevant experience in Operations within a related consumer goods organization
a positive "start-up" attitude and ability to be flexible
strong understanding of FDA regulations and compliance
strong communication skills
excellent Excel skills and ability to do reporting
experience working with suppliers & manufacturers and building relationships with them
