JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for developing and conducting a comprehensive and interactive technical training courses to a wide range of moldroom employees.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and conduct management development training workshops delivered to all levels of Medline moldroom employees.
Provide General or Specialized training as required. May include moldroom operators, machine operators, material handlers, process Tech I, process techs II, and process tech III.
Schedule and coordinate the training calendar. Organize and prepare all participant workbook materials including handouts, case studies, role plays, videos, etc. Schedule SME's or others as necessary for classroom instruction. Ensure that the Paulson training program is set-up appropriately and available for classroom as required.
Record all training hours to help insure consistency in training processes. Monitor all test scores fro Paulson and other sources per person. Create qualification records and certificates of completion.
Responsible for retention and understanding of training materials.
Provide live monitors with feedback to all Customer Service reps their first three weeks taking live calls.
Perform on-going needs assessments utilizing a variety of methods to include consultation with management and business performance metrics to identify new training opportunities.
