Director of Recruitment
Our mid sized national client seeks a Director of Recruitment due to growth! The Director of Recruitment leads the business’s recruiting efforts and is the head of the recruiting department. The Director of Recruiting determines the strategic direction and objectives of the recruiting department, which in turn supports the business’s growth while simultaneously maintaining its culture and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be innovative, creative, and have the autonomy to create new processes and procedures in order to increase quality hires within the organization. Client offers competitive base in addition to offering a new bonus incentive plan based on retention, hires, and team performance.
Candidates must have significant Driver Recruitment experience in addition to at least 5 years supervisory over driver recruiters.
Other duties include;
-Managing a large team of recruiters
-Ability to lead by example and create innovative strategies to create opportunities for the teams success
-Onboard, train, and orientate new hires into the organizations culture
-Work closely with executive leadership and CEO-high visibility role
**If outside of Arkansas, and working 100% remote, candidate must be willing to travel to Arkansas regularly for team and executive meetings. Ideal candidate will be local to Arkansas and able to be in office the majority of the time.**
