Job Description

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) has a client in the Portland, OR area seeking a Process Engineering Department Manager.
Responsibilities:
  • Will lead and manage process engineers and designers, monitor priorities and workloads, while working closely with other department managers and project managers regarding schedules and resources in order to achieve high level of client satisfaction.
  • Responsible to lead, train, coach/mentor and develop department.
  • Involved with proposals and presentations, work with budgets and financial targets.
  • Work with clients, ensure compliance, check work, codes, deliverables, submissions, etc.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Professional Engineer license, would consider a Master's degree and PE tracked, if not registered
  • 10 years or more of engineering consulting experience, with several years in a supervisory or lead engineering type role
