Participate in the day-to-day operations and long-term program development of a growing Mental Health portfolio at Booz Allen as part of a team of operational and clinical psychologists, psychological technicians, licensed clinical social workers, and behavioral health policy specialists. Make recommendations for the allocation of resources to ensure program objectives and commitments are effectively met. Maintain responsibility for the review of status and progress of behavioral health programs, conduct program evaluations, review programmatic data, advise leadership on results, and provide analytical support for recommend changes in strategic focus and policy or procedures, as required and identified. Provide analytical support for the development of policy, protocol, and training outlying the use of psychological principles that will enhance human performance.
-5 years of experience with evidence-based psychology
-Ability to collaborate and work across teams to provide quality service
-PhD degree in Clinical Psychology
-Active Psychology License
-Experience with suicide prevention
-Experience in either VA or military health environments
