Manage processes with detailed accuracy, and discipline.
Coach and assist all employees with problem solving.
Teach, train, and keep accurate records of training.
Ensure all quality standards are met.
Ensure that preventive maintenance (PM) activities are performed properly and on-time.
Pay close attention to detail. Example: Safety, Housekeeping, quality, performance, instructions given by management, and employee well-being.
Incident reporting, and investigation of root cause for injuries and near misses that occur within G&O.
Monitor employee attendance, and discipline accordingly in accordance with the employee handbook.
Manage maintenance team operations in accordance with expectations for safety, quality, performance and attendance.
Work with team members in completion of daily tasks.
Conduct toolbox talks daily to ensure proper and consistent communication.
Develop preventative maintenance narratives and intervals.
Maximize Team effectiveness; prioritize production maintenance, parts repair, and special projects.
Minimum 5 years of supervisory/maintenance experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and or experience.
Knowledge of Pneumatics.
Knowledge of Electrical (motor control, relay logic, photoeye set up, read electrical drawings).
Knowledge of Drive systems (bearing installation, pulley alignment, belt installation, etc.).
Knowledge of Mechanical (blade set up, Understand machine mechanical drawings).
