Are you the kind of person where people can "hear' you smiling when you talk to them on the phone? Are you someone who enjoys solving problems and detail oriented? If the answer to both questions are "YES!', then keep reading.

My client in the South Miami area is looking for a customer service representative that will handle taking all orders from their designated accounts. This will include answering all the calls, order intake, order processing and coordinating to ensure pricing is correct. We are looking for people who are able to work full-time, traditional hours and are strong communicators in English - read, write and speak perfectly. You will not only be communicating with customers over the phone but also via email too. This is a permanent role and my client is looking to host interviews this week!
 
Responsibilities of the Account Coordinator role include:
* Enter purchase orders in systems for receipt
* Enter orders for shipments
* Enter quotes and orders with speed and accuracy
* Provide an outstanding level of customer service at all times
* Collect customer specifications and provide order assistance

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (both oral and written)
* Professional attitude, behavior, and work routines
* Self-starter with detailed oriented personality
* Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel
