Job Description

What will I be doing?

As a VIP Reservations/Customer Service Agent you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Receive and service inbound reservation calls.
  • Make and service activation calls.
  • Assist guests with inquiries relating to the package theyhave purchased and information regarding their upcoming vacation.
  • Provide complete and accurate information to guests on everytelephone call. Especially informationabout tour presentation and accommodations.
  • Handle situations with dissatisfied guests.
  • Assist management with special projects.
  • Ensure privacy and security of confidential information aboutguests.
  • Complete tour and room drop requests.
  • Payment processing for monthly payments.
  • Any other reasonable requests by management.

  • Excellent written, verbal andinterpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with teammembers and management at all levels.
  • MS Office skills in Word and Outlook
  • Professional, positive and energeticdemeanor.
  • Must be able to work a variableschedule including evenings and weekends based on call center needs.
  • Time share/hospitality background.
  • Strong sense of customer service withenthusiastic, professional and energetic behavior.
  • Good organization skills and detailoriented.
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous Call Center Experience


It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • Preferred candidate will have 3+ years of Customer Service experience
