Guidehouse's Public Health practice is at the forefront of breakthrough technologies and innovations, helping the Agency and other HHS clients from design and strategy to implementation and beyond.

Our consultants are critical contributors to exceptional teams across our account, taking complex and nuanced problems and delivering customized solutions within emerging health sciences. Consultants work with their colleagues and managers, developing solutions and executing excellent client delivery within a fast-paced and growing industry. The person in this position will play a critical role in working with our public health sector clients to co-create and deliver strategy and operations solutions to support their public health missions. Our consultants are skilled at developing clear, concise, and creative solutions and presentations within highly technical environments.

What You Will Do:

* Work across a matrixed client environment to deliver exceptional solutions across multiple workstreams
* Be an effective communicator and able to tailor communications to different audiences
* Lead development of client deliverables, internal and client presentations, day-to-day project logistics, and any additional project tasks
* Participate in client-facing discussions and meetings and cultivate trust and business relationships with a broad group of client SMEs
* Support the development of project plans, operational and risk assessments, and organizational structures that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of government agencies
* Build and share knowledge across Guidehouse teams including in areas of health sciences, strategy, innovation, operational excellence, change management, and risk management
* Understand impacts, assesses risks and suggests mitigation strategies for multiple workstreams
* Engage within target accounts and relevant market(s) to keep current on existing and emerging trends, scientific discovery, and policy and regulatory changes that may develop into new requirements and growth opportunities

What You Will Need:

* Bachelor's degree
* Ability to develop strong team and client relationships
* Possession of consulting skills in the areas of communications, strategy, and/or process improvement
* Knowledge of change management concepts and implementation best practices
* Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset
* Intermediate to expert level of SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Excel, and PowerPoint

What Would Be Nice To Have:

* An understanding of the drug development and approval processes and the impacts of policy and regulatory changes
* Previous experience working in highly regulated HHS environment
