The Maintenance Technician will lead all day-to-day operations related to facilities maintenance, from preventative to emergency. The role will be based in one of Post Brothers’ premiere properties in the Philadelphia area.

He or she will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting and repair coordination of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and fixtures, as well as structural maintenance when needed.

Are you a technically sound, dependable, and people-oriented Maintenance professional that enjoys a fast-paced environment? If so, we would like to talk to you.

This role will be responsible for tackling general maintenance requirements and issues and will be expected to complete repairs and make the necessary arrangements complex issues as efficiently as possible. The maintenance roles will have to manage and prioritize a variety of request, manage the work orders effectively through a software program, and represent Post in a professional manner.
