Account Executive – (Private Money Loan Officer with NO License Required)

New Western Acquisitions Denver, CO (Onsite) Full-Time

Want to be part of the booming, fast paced world of investment real estate? Sherman Bridge is looking for self-starting, competitive, and driven individuals to join our team as Account Executives. Be on the frontlines of real estate transactions and assist in providing loans to real estate investors looking to rehab and rent or fix and flip properties. How is Sherman Bridge different from any other private lender? We work fast! On average, our loans are closed between 7-10 business days. The real estate industry is constantly moving and evolving, and we are on the forefront of that evolution.

The ideal Account Executive will use their entrepreneurial spirit and goal-oriented mindset to build and maintain a client base of real estate investors. This role will be key in closing transactions as you work with investors to assess their financial situation and provide the ideal loan for an optimal purchase experience. Don’t like to cold call? Neither do we. Sherman Bridge will provide warm leads to significantly minimize the number of cold sales calls that need to be made on a daily basis.


What your day to day will look like as an Account Executive:
  • Use our sales CRM to build and maintain a strong client base of investors
  • Collaborate with investors through the purchase process
  • Assess the financial ability of your clients to provide them the most appropriate loan options
